Through the physical poses, Yoga can bring your body into balance by making overused muscles suppler and underused muscles stronger. It also brings tremendous benefits to the joints, tendons and ligaments of the body. Breath work allows us to become aware of our breath and manage it when in fear, stress or fatigue. Meditation is effective to bring the mind into the present and visualize positive results.

Experience Yoga with Private Instruction
Get started as a beginner or enhance your practice as an advanced practitioner. Our skilled Yoga Instructor, Karen, will evaluate your goals and desires prior to each session and determine the best postures and sequence to fit your needs. Through private instruction, you will receive hands-on adjustments to insure proper alignment and taught how to safely modify poses to meet your specific body type, level and ability.
